I had a small issue with my order, nothing huge, just one of those annoying little things. I reached out to customer service and they fixed it quick without making it a whole big deal. People were nice, no runaround, no hassle. Yeah, I’d buy from them again.

I ordered a few shop supplies from rockler while I was feeling mentally drained and just wanted the whole thing to be easy. Thankfully, it was. Shipping was faster than I expected, the tracking worked without any issues, and the box showed up in good shape with everything inside. Nothing was missing or damaged, which was a relief. Overall, it was a simple, no-hassle order, and I’d definitely use them again when I need more woodworking stuff.

I grabbed a few woodworking bits from Rockler the prices were reasonable. The quality was better than I figured it would be for what I paid, especially compared to some other places where you... well, you know. Shipping wasn’t bad either, which was a nice surprise. Overall I’m happy with the order and I’d probably buy from them again.

I went to Rockler for a couple of bits and clamps, they had a really solid selection. I found what I needed easily without wandering around forever, which was great. Very calm shopping experience… definitely not me getting a little too pleased about clamps.

I had to send back one item because I ordered the wrong thing, my bad lol. The return process was super easy, and I got my refund way quicker than I thought. No drama, no hassle, so yeah, happy with it...

I picked up a few jigs and clamps from rockler, mostly because I was in the middle of one of those projects where you realize halfway through that you don’t actually have the right setup. Anyway, the stuff showed up and the quality felt legit, sturdy, clean, and everything worked the way it was supposed to. One of the boxes looked like it had a rough trip, which made me pause for a second, but the tools inside were totally fine. They’re not exactly bargain-bin prices, and I did have that little moment of “did I really need these?” but i’d probably order from them again.
