"great customer service"
i would like to take a minute to give this review about rockler customer service,,,i ordered a taper jig back in aug and needless to say i didnt use it untill about 3 days ago,,what i wanted to taper it would not taper,,the reason being is the jig itself wasnt wide enough to accept the material for the degree taper i wanted ,,,,i called rockler and explained this,,,and the lady told me to box it up and she would send me a return label label for me to return it with no cost to me,,,and i would be credited with a gift card card when they recieved it,,i bought the jig because it was on sale,,69.00,,,i am like everyone else i had my doubts about the customer service at rockler,,,,but my experience was great,,being completely honest,,,that is the reason i dont buy alot from grizzly,,i have heard that once you buy it it yours,,,and i cant speak for anyone else but peace of mind means alot when you buy on line,,and i will continue to shop with rockler and i hope this helps others that might be on the fence about buying from them,,

"So Far No Problems"
I've spent a lot of money with them, so far I'm happy. Had one problem with delivery, didn't get it. After a call, they sent out a replacement.

"Received Dewalt DW735X Planner with the…"
Received Dewalt DW735X Planner with the accessory tables included. The hardware bag needed for the installation of the tables was not included. Checked online and this seems to be a problem with other owners also.
Contacted Rockler, waiting for response on turn around time.
Its very frustrating having to wait for missing parts. It causes production delays in my shop. For this kind of money spent I expected better service.
Update. I found the hardware in question thanks to Rockler's communication and quick response.

"Mobile devices may not work"
I posted a previous review stating that negative reviews may are not posted.
Shortly after my post rockler contacted me ( i believe it was from my earlier attempt to contact them).
Long story shortened, it appears that the site may not interact with mobile devices (i had used an iphone6). It appears like rockler is receiving the review, but rockler does not receive it. The site even does an email confirmation.
I should mention i could not order using my mobile device. At the time, i did not associate that with a possible site problem.
